What are your store hours?

We’re generally open from Sunday – Thursday from 11AM until 6 PM, Eastern Standard Time.

On Fridays, we close 2 hours before sundown.

Saturdays, we’re typically closed, except during major holidays, when we’re open at night.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 30-60 days (depending on the item type), as long as the item is not used, and in resaleable condition. We try to provide the best service possible, and strive for complete customer happiness.

However, there are some exceptions:

  • Due to religious and cultural considerations, we cannot accept returns on Mishloach Manot packages (or any items contained therein).
  • We do not accept returns on any custom, altered, or personalized products.

Do you wrap gifts purchased elsewhere?

Yes, we do gift-wrapping for outside products. We can accommodate almost anything, from a small perfume bottle or a ring, to a massive menorah. For a cost estimate, visit our Contact Us page, and send us a photo of the item and a general description of the occasion it’s for.
